All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to fluctuation in foreign currency exchange rates and/or price increases. Please confirm all prices when placing an order.
All returns must be called into the office for written return authorizations.
All returns must be in original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 15 days of the original invoice date.
No returns after 90 days of the original invoice date.
No returns on any parts that are altered, painted or damaged after installation.
KSI inspects all parts prior to shipment. Damage may occur during transit. Please inspect all parts when receiving or in the same business day so parts can be replaced in a timely manner.
KSI offers labor reimbursement that is designed to protect our customers in case a part is defective after installation. KSI will evaluate on a case by case basis the reimbursement/partial reimbursement to the repair facility for additional labor expense incurred for a confirmed defective certified part(s).
To file a labor claims the following steps must be followed:
Labor time for any repair will be in conjunction with the labor guides as presented in any of the approved major electronic estimating systems or in the Mitchell Estimating Guide. If requested, the shop must provide a copy of the original estimate.
The repair facility or insurance company representative must inform their KSI location of any defect immediately at the time of discovery. At this point, we will make the decision to send a qualified parts technician to examine the defective part. If a technician is not available to view the part on the vehicle, a digital photograph must be taken of the part while still on the vehicle.
Any repair facility that is currently in poor financial standing with KSI or has been delinquent in payments within the previous 6 months is not eligible for labor reimbursement. Also, anticipated labor reimbursement cannot be used as payment on past due invoices.
It is the responsibility of the repair shop to inspect all parts for the correctness and obvious defects prior to preparation and installation. No labor reimbursement will be made for work performed in error.
Account suspension may occur if a repair facility’s labor requests are deemed excessive by KSI management. Prior to suspension, the account owner will be contacted to discuss the issue.
