LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

           Guarantees all parts free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle the parts were installed on. The warranty includes rust through corrosion in normal use.

           Reserves the right to inspect all parts claimed defective. If parts were not prepared of installed properly the warranty is void.

           If failure occurs please call the office with the original invoice number and the part will be replaced free of charge.

           Due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchanger rates and/or price increases. Plese confirm all pricing when placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

           1. All returns must be called into office for written return authorization.

           2. All returns must be in original packaging in box.

           3. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee after 30 days of original invoice date.

           4. No returns after 90 days of original invoice date.

           5. Please check the parts you have received are correct fit properly and in good condition before you work with them. No credit will be issued on any part if returned parts are altered, painted or damaged parts.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

           KS Group stores inspects all parts before shipment. However, damage may occur during transit. Please inspect all parts when receiving or in the same business day so parts can be replaced in a timely manor.

PARTS

           C.A.P.A. certified parts are supplied whenever possible. When one is not available a premium quality substitute will be used.

LABOR CLAIMS

           KS Group stores complies with most insurance company agreemens.

           Body shops must inform insurance company agents and/or our authorized personnel of problem with fit or finish of part. We reserve the right to send a replacement part or technician from compay test center to assist on resolving the proble.

           KS Group stores authorizers dry-fit time on all parts that have been determined fit problems. KS Group company tech will determine labor reimbursement time.
