Please fill out our online Customer Initiated RGA form or call 1.800.KSI.PART (1.800.574.7278) to receive a RGA confirmation number PRIOR to returning a part

Returns must be authorized by KSI and accompanied by a RGA confirmation number prior to driver pickup

Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be credited to your account for future purchases. Outstanding credits will be refunded by check upon request

Returns must be in new, unaltered, resellable condition, and in their original packaging

CAPA parts must have the entire CAPA seal (both tabs) intact and attached to the part

Removal of the certification sticker voids any, and all, warranty or credit

All poor fit claims require photo documentation

Damaged parts must be returned within 10 days of invoice

Returns after 30 days from invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Returns will NOT be accepted after 60 days from the invoice date

Customers with a return rate exceeding 30% on a rolling 12 month basis will be charged a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns

Drivers are not permitted to credit parts at the time of pickup

Approved returns will be picked up by a driver at the next delivery

Customers should inspect orders for damage, missing or incorrect parts prior to signing for delivery
