Return Policy


  • Please fill out our online Customer Initiated RGA form or call 1.800.KSI.PART (1.800.574.7278) to receive a RGA confirmation number PRIOR to returning a part

  • Returns must be authorized by KSI and accompanied by a RGA confirmation number prior to driver pickup

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be credited to your account for future purchases. Outstanding credits will be refunded by check upon request

  • Returns must be in new, unaltered, resellable condition, and in their original packaging

  • CAPA parts must have the entire CAPA seal (both tabs) intact and attached to the part

  • Removal of the certification sticker voids any, and all, warranty or credit

  • All poor fit claims require photo documentation

  • Damaged parts must be returned within 10 days of invoice

  • Returns after 30 days from invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Returns will NOT be accepted after 60 days from the invoice date

  • Customers with a return rate exceeding 30% on a rolling 12 month basis will be charged a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns

  • Drivers are not permitted to credit parts at the time of pickup

  • Approved returns will be picked up by a driver at the next delivery

  • Customers should inspect orders for damage, missing or incorrect parts prior to signing for delivery



   Drivers and Sales Representatives do not have the authority to offer exceptions to this policy
