The KSI Pledge
We pride ourselves on the quality of the parts and products we distribute and we stand by them with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all parts distributed through KSI Auto Parts. It guarantees that they are free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part(s) are installed. It also covers perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use.
If failure should occur due to a part defect, simply provide proof of purchase to your local KSI distribution center and a new part will be delivered the next day (where available) without any additional charge.
What Isn't Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include commercial vehicles, cover failure, or perforation resulting from an accident, damage, abuse, or improper installation.
The KSI Auto Parts Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable.
KSI Auto Parts shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its distributed parts. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations / exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to fluctuation in foreign currency exchange rates and/or price increases.
Please confirm all prices when placing an order.
We inspect all parts prior to release. However, damage may occur during transit. Please inspect all parts when receiving or during the same business day so parts can be replaced in a timely manner.
We offer a comprehensive labor reimbursement program designed to protect you, our customers, in the rare instance you find a part to be defective after installation.
It is the responsibility of the repair facility to inspect parts for correctness and obvious defects prior to preparation and installation. No labor reimbursement will be made for work performed in error.
An anticipated labor reimbursement cannot be used as payment on past due invoices.
In order to qualify for labor reimbursement, the following guidelines must be met:
Labor time for any repair will be in conjunction with the labor guides as presented in any of the approved major electronic estimating systems. If requested, the shop should provide a copy of the original estimate.
KSI will evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, the reimbursement / partial reimbursement to the repair facility for additional labor expense incurred for a confirmed defective certified part(s).
The repair facility or insurance company representative must inform their local KSI location of the defect(s) at the time of discovery. Documented evidence must be submitted by a licensed repair shop or insurer validating the claim. If necessary, KSI will send a qualified parts technician to examine the allegedly defective part while it is still on the vehicle. If a technician is not available, digital photographs must be taken of the part while still on the vehicle and submitted with the claim for reimbursement.
Any repair facility that is currently in poor financial standing with KSI Auto Parts or has been delinquent in payments within the previous 6 months is not eligible for labor reimbursement.
