Return Policy

Please read carefully before you submit an RGA.

Drivers and Customer Service Representatives do not have the authority to offer exceptions to this policy.

  • Parts purchased from KSI Auto Parts are eligible for Return within 60 Calendar Days of Invoice Date, accompanied by a KSI Invoice / Delivery Receipt AND an APPROVED Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

  • An RGA can be obtained by calling 1.800.KSI.PART (1.800.574.7278) or by filling out an RGA Form on our website at

  • Parts eligible for Return must be in New, Unaltered, Resalable Condition, and in their Original Packaging

  • CAPA parts must have both CAPA Certification Tabs attached to the Part. Both tabs must be provided for Poor Fit Claims and Returns

  • Damaged Parts must be returned within 10 Calendar Days of the Invoice Date

  • If a part is Returned after 30 Days from the Invoice Date, a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied

  • If an item does NOT fit and is to be considered for Return, photo documentation of the Installed Part must be provided at the time of the Requested Return

  • Any purchase made by someone without a KSI Customer Account is considered FINAL

  • Returns are only authorized via our Returns Department or Management – Drivers and Sales Representatives are not permitted to authorize Returns

  • We encourage customers to inspect for damage, missing, or incorrect parts prior to signing for delivery

  • Credits will be applied to customer accounts for future purchases. If you have an outstanding credit, please call our Returns Department and we will issue a check upon request for accounts within good standing

  • If a customer’s Return Rate is >30% on a rolling 12-months basis, excluding defects and warranty, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to All Returns
